ABOUT
I grew up around chiropractic. I just found my own way of practicing it.
Chiropractic has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. But over the years, I developed my own, more modern approach — one that focused on understanding what’s actually going on, using a mix of hands-on treatment, movement, and practical strategies to help you feel and function better.
MY BACKGROUND
From Los Angeles to Michigan
I started my career in Los Angeles, where I opened my first practice in 2014 inside another DC’s office. Over the years, I built a busy practice, working with a wide range of people — from desk workers to weekend warriors to professional athletes and entertainers.
After moving to Michigan, I opened Healing Motion in Bloomfield Hills in 2023 to bring that same approach to my community here.
Today, I work with people of all ages and activity levels — from parents chasing their kids, to high school and recreational athletes, to professionals who just want to keep doing the things they enjoy.
MY APPROACH
Evidence-informed. Individualized.
Focused on real life.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, cookie-cutter treatment plans, or having to “come in forever.” Instead, I take the time to understand what’s going on, explain it in a way that makes sense, and build a plan that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and your life outside of the office.
Understand.
We start with a real conversation and a thorough assessment.
Treat.
Hands-on care when appropriate, along with other proven techniques like myofascial release and Graston Technique.
Move Forward.
A customized plan that may include exercise, movement strategies, and lifestyle recommendations.
BEYOND THE OFFICE
Outside the office,
I try to keep
moving.
I’m a guy who enjoys staying active — strength training, being outside playing and coaching soccer, and spending time with my dog. I also enjoy live music and can usually be found in the back at my wife’s jazz performances and with Tunezies.
These things keep me grounded and remind me why I love helping people stay healthy and do the things they care about.
