Care that fits you. Not a formula.

Chiropractic care isn’t one-size-fits-all. At Healing Motion, treatment is based on your needs, your goals, and what makes sense for you. From hands-on care to exercise and movement, we’ll find the right combination of tools to help you feel and move better.

What I Help With

Neck & Back Pain

Pain, stiffness, and discomfort that interfere with work, exercise, or everyday activity.

Joint & Muscle Pain

Discomfort involving the shoulders, hips, knees, or other joints and muscles that affects how you move and feel.

Headaches

Headaches that may be related to neck tension, muscle discomfort, or other musculoskeletal factors.

Sports & Activity-Related Injuries

Pain or discomfort from training, sports, or everyday activities that’s keeping you from doing what you enjoy.

How I Approach Treatment

Every patient is different, and so is the care I provide. I start by understanding what’s going on, what matters to you, and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we work together on a treatment plan that makes sense for your needs - whether that involves hands-on treatment, exercise, movement strategies, or a combination of approaches.

Care without the pressure.

My goal isn’t to keep you coming back indefinitely. It’s to help you understand what’s going on, feel better, and have the tools to manage your health and movement with confidence.

Putting It All Together

The goal isn’t to use every tool. It’s to use the right ones.

Depending on what we find during your assessment, your care may include chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, Graston Technique, therapeutic exercise, or practical advise about movement and daily activities. Sometimes one approach is enough. Other times, a combination makes more sense.

The important thing is that every part of your care has a purpose.

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don’t need to know which treatment you need before scheduling.

Just tell me what’s bothering you. We’ll figure out the rest together.
